Entry fee:

100 € per team.

Playing system:

Team event. Each tie consists of 1 Boy’s Singles, 1 Girl's Singles, 1 Boy’s Doubles, 1 Girl's Doubles, 1 Mixed Doubles. First stage in groups, then knock out system.

Age limit:

Open for players born 1^st January 1994 or later.

General:

The tournament will be played in accordance with the Laws of Badminton and Competition Regulations of the BWF. Advertising on clothing and colour of clothing shall be regulated by BWF Competition Regulations 19 to 23. In the event of any dispute, the Referee’s decision shall be final.

Eligibility:

1. Polish badminton license for the Polish players.

2. Foreign players have to be members of an association affiliated to the BWF.

Shuttles:

Yonex AS 50 – to be confirmed.

Courts:

6 Victor.

Prizes:

Cups for the first three teams and medals.

Visa:

If you need a Visa for Poland, ask the Polish Badminton Association for the official invitation letter. It is advised to arrange the VISA in time. You can send your request for assistance to: a.bieleniewicz@badminton.com.pl

Transport:

Provided by the organizer between the official hotels and the sport hall in the morning and in the evening. The transfer between Katowice airport and Kędzierzyn - Kozle train station and any individual transports from other locations will be invoiced to the players.

Meals:

The first meal will be breakfast in the hotel on Friday 05^th November 2010. Lunch and dinner could be taken at restaurant in sport hall and in the hotels. Please use the form below and return it to us before the tournaments.

Invoicing:

An invoice with the entry fee, accommodations costs and meals ordered will be given to you immediately after the payment. The invoice must be paid at the tournament before the first scheduled match, failure to do so means that you will not be allowed to play. All payments must be done cash at the accreditation and in Euro only (we don’t accept credit cards etc.).

Insurance:

The organizer declines responsibility and covering of costs for possible injuries or other damages. It is up to each participant to insure himself.
